Jobba Connect User Submits a Service Request

Sign into Jobba Connect as Engineer User, Click on Service Request

 

 

Provide details for Service Request and Click Submit Request

 

Engineer Request:

 

Tenant Request

 

The Jobba Connect Admin, will review all Jobba Connect Services Requests in the Pending Work Requests table of the Dashboard.  

 

Engineer user submitted requests, automatically displayed in Providers Powerboard for scheduling the Service Request.

 

Tenant user submitted requests must be reviewed & approved by the Jobba Connect Admin prior to them being displayed on the Providers Powerboard.

 





 

Tenant Request must be approved by Jobba Connect Manager or Admin.  

 

Priority and Service Amount Limit must be added. 

 

 

 

Next the Tenant Request is asked to Select the Provider for the request and click Next.

 

 

The Tenant Request is asked to confirm deficiencies and click Save

 

 

Tenant Service Request - Request will be displayed in the Providers Jobba Powerboard for scheduling

Engineer Request -  Displayed in Jobba Connect Dashboard to track the status and Jobba Providers Powerboard for scheduling.  

 

 

Engineer Request - In Jobba Connect, the Admin or Manager can review the Service Request and update the Service Amount Limit.

 

 

Engineer Request - The Engineer submitted Service Request will also be displayed in the Providers Powerboard for Scheduling

 

Double clicking on the Service Request, the request still asking for the Service Amount Limit and the Service Work Limit.  Users may close this window if they are unable to provide these 2 data points as they are not required to Schedule the Service Request.
