When navigating to the Company Contacts, after clicking on the Company in your Clients list you may be taken to the Property page. Click on the Company name in the bread crumbs.
Once your are on the Company Properties Page, click on the Contacts Tab
When on the Contacts Tab, click on the plus icon to add in a new users
If the contact you are looking for has not be entered in, click Add New
If the contact has been already added, you can search for them and select their name from the list below.
Provide First, Last Name & Email and click Add.
Note - Notifications can be enabled but do not affect initial Jobba Connect invite being sent out.
After saving the contacts initial contact information, edit the contact again to invite them to Jobba Connect.
Toggle on the Jobba Connect Access button and click Save.
After this change, an Email invite to Register the users Jobba Connect access will be sent out.
Confirmation pop up will display after clicking save.
Only the first Jobba Connect Access will be available to be set from the Client level.
An email invitation to register the Jobba Connect account will be sent out to the provided email.
