Jobba Connect Roles & Permissions

Breaking down Roles & Permission for Jobba Connect Roles

Users are limited to 1x role only (Must be done inside Jobba Connect to a User Profile)

 

In Jobba Connect > Roles Tab >  click Add Role > Select the role for this user (Administrator or Engineer or Manager Or Tenant) > select the properties associated with the user > Click Save

 



 

Administrator / Manager Views:

Properties 

 

Inspections

Proposals

 

Services

 

Invoices

Planning

 

Providers - Affiliated Providers

 

Providers - Pending Affiliations

Providers - Pending Associations



 

Engineer View

 

After Sign in presented 2 options “Service Request” or “Service Status”

 

 

Service Request > users are able to select available properties and submit a Service Request

 

 

 

Service Status overview.  Able to select any Property and view Status “Requested” vs “Active” vs “Closed”

 

 

Tenant View - Limited to viewing only the Property the user account has been associated with.  Can submit a Service Request or view the Service Status.

 



 

Service Request View - provide subject & description and submit a Service Request

 



 

Service Status - able to view the submitted service request and track progress
