Problem
You are unable to take or upload photos to Jobba using an iOS Device.
Answer
Jobba is aware that iOS devices running iOS 16.4.1 and later are currently unable to take or upload photos in Jobba. We are working with our developers and Apple to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
If your device is running a version prior to 16.4.1 DO NOT UPDATE YOUR DEVICE TO 16.4.1 or you will lose the ability to take and upload photos.
We will provide additional guidance as soon as we have an update.
