To setup your Jobba Support Portal account, follow these steps:
- From Jobba, select the User Menu.
- Select Support.
This brings you to the Jobba Support Portal.
- In the upper right corner, select Sign In.
- The Jobba Support Portal is able to use a Google or Microsoft account to create your account. If you choose this route it is recommended that you are logged into your work account (not personal) when you click on either Google or Microsoft. You can also select the "New to Jobba? Sign up" link outlined below to sign up using an email and password. To create your Support Portal account, choose the appropriate option from the left side of the window and follow the instructions to link your account to the Jobba Support Portal.
