Entering a Deal

Step 1:

• Navigate to the property level Sales tab (1)
• Click on the vertical Deals tab (2)

Step 2:

• Click the + sign to add a Deal

Step 3:

• Fill in all the fields highlighted in red and click Save
• Click on Add Deal component

Step 4:

• Fill in the fields highlighted in red and any other fields you need

Step 5:

• From this screen, you can Add Deficiency and Add Miscellaneous notes.
