Clearing the Cache and Cookies from your Google Chrome Browser

  • Regardless of what type of device you use, it is strongly recommended to run Jobba on a Google Chrome Browser, because Jobba has been fully optimized for that platform.
  • As we add data such as notes and photos to Jobba, Google Chrome will leave cookies behind which may cause the Jobba user to experience unusual results.
  • When a Jobba user reports unusual results, the first thing we should always try is to clean out the cache and cookies from Google Chrome
  • This may fix some basic issues such as logging in or adding photos.
  • In fact, a best practice is to have all Jobba users clean out their browser's cache and cookies at least once a week.
  • This article will demonstrate the necessary steps to clean out your cache and cookies in Google Chrome.

Cleaning your Google Chrome Browser is not a magical fix-all solution, but it will prevent and limit basic problems in Jobba such as logging in or downloading photos.
