Completing a service ticket without a dispatch

In Jobba you can complete service work orders and add all of the details without performing a field dispatch. Follow the steps below to properly complete the work order and to capture all of the data. The property must have at least one inspection completed with an aerial.

 

1.      Select the service tab from the property info page

2.      Select the plus icon to create a new service work order

 

3.      Fill out all required fields for the service work order including Job Type

** For work orders of Fixed Price per Job the Fixed Price Amount must be added in order to create an invoice for that amount. Jobba will not allow you to change the invoice amount in the future for this work order if Fixed Price per Job is chosen.

 

4.      Select Save to create the work order

 

 

5.      Jobba will confirm with a Service was saved display and select ok to close

 

6.      Select back to return to the service dashboard

 

7.      From the service dashboard select more actions

 

8.      From the more actions popup select Service Dashboard

**DO NOT SELECT COMPLETE SERVICE AT THIS TIME

 

9.      Select findings tab from the service dashboard

 

10.  From the findings tab add any deficiencies you would like to include in this service if they do not exist or select for corrections any existing deficiencies.

 

11.  Once all the deficiencies are selected for correction choose the Corrections tab.

 

12.  Select the more actions icon and choose edit to add additional before photos and corrective photos.

 

13.  Once all photos have been added or adjusted, select completed. Repeat for each correction.

 

14.  Select include in report for deficiency and deficiency language to show in service and invoice documents.

 

15.  Once all deficiencies are completed select the Services bread crumb

 

16.  Select the more actions icon and choose complete service.

 

 

 

17.  Confirm you want to complete this service from the confirmation screen

Once you select YES Complete Service you can no longer add additional deficiencies to the service. If any additional deficiencies or corrections after this point, they not will display on the service report or invoice.

 

18.  Select more actions and select Generate Service Report to view and save Service Report

 

 

The work order is now ready to process as normal to invoice or perform any actions necessary. You may adjust photos or details that were added to the report before the service was marked as completed. Any new deficiencies that were added after mark as completed will not display.
