Creating an Inspection in Jobba is where you bring the roof to the Customer by thoroughly inspecting and documenting every aspect of the roof. Collecting this data is essential as it will be responsible for helping the Customer make an educated and informed decision on what is needed to maintain their roof.
1. Dispatches
From the Navigation Pane, select Dispatches.
Select the Dispatch you want to work on.
2. On Site
The Dispatch Info page displays the Property Address, ETA, Status, Notes for Inspector, and Property Notes. Select On site to begin.

3. Confirm Building
You will be required to take at least one exterior building photo before you can confirm the building. Use the camera icon to take a photo or the arrow icon to upload a photo from your device's photo library. If an exterior photo is already present, select Confirm Building to continue.

- By default the aerial image will be shown but you will need to upload a photo of the building (preferably the front) in order to move forward or you will see the warning below. This can be confusing as there is an aerial image however we are looking to confirm the building from the perspective of being on the ground.
4. Front of Building
Once you upload an image of the building (preferably the front) to confirm you are at the right location you can select Confirm building to move forward.

5. Confirm Sections
This page displays the Section Details added when the Property Record was created. This is also where you add the Overall and Detailed Rating of the roof system as seen below. Once you are done, you can select Confirm Sections to move forward.

To enter the ratings, click on the section and the Ratings button will activate. Select the Ratings button and enter the rating for one or more categories. Select Save when you are done.

Verify all details. You can edit section details by selecting the edit pencil where you will be taken to a screen as seen below. Select Save when you are done.
6. Safety Checklist
The Safety Checklist is defined by your organization and it configured on the Job Type. Complete the Safety Checklist and select Confirm Safety

7. Observations
Observations is anything you would like to document and include in the inspection report that is NOT a deficiency. An example of an observations is roof overview photos.
To add an Observation folder, select Add Observation.
8. Add Observation
Select the Section, Enter a Name and add Description text if desired. Select Save when done.

9. Observation Photo
Select the Section to take or upload you Observation photo(s).

10. Upload Observation Photo
Select the camera icon to take a photo with your device or select the upload icon to the right of the camera icon to upload a photo you already have on your device.

11. Observation Photos - Best Practice
Best practice is to at least add an image looking in each direction (north, south, east, and west) from a vantage point on the roof. These photos can be put into one Observation folder and is generally a good habit to get into.

12. Confirm Observations
To add additional Observation folders, select the Blue Plus Sign + and repeat the steps above. Once you are done adding Observations you can select Confirm observations to move forward.

13. Test Cuts
If you do not take a test cut, do not add any information to this page. Select Confirm Test Cuts and this page will be omitted from the inspection report.
To add a Test Cut, Select Add Test Cut

14. Plot Test Cut
To begin plotting your Test Cut select the green circle below and click where on the roof you made the Test Cut. Then select the red square below to turn off plotting.
Enter Name, add Description text if desired. Select Save when you are done.
15. Add Test Cut Photo
Select the Test Cut line item and you will be taken to the screen below to either take or upload photos and add layers.

16. Add Layers
You can select the Add layer as seen above and you will be taken to a screen below where you can add layers.
Once the layers have been added they will show as seen below, select Close when you are done.

17. Confirm Test Cuts
Once you have entered all your test cuts you can select Confirm test cuts to move forward.

18. Deficiencies
This is where you will document all of the problems you find on the roof.
To add a Deficiency, select the Blue Plus Sign +

19. Deficiency - Category and Type
Select the Category on the left and then select the Deficiency Type on the right.
20. Plot the Deficiency
To begin plotting the Deficiency, click on the green circle seen below, click where on the roof the deficiency is located, then click on the red square to exit plotting.

21. Deficiency Photo(s)
You can take or upload photos by selecting on the plot point or expanding the Deficiency line item and click on the edit pencil

22. Upload Deficiency Photo
Select the camera icon to take a photo with your device or select the upload icon to the right of the camera icon to upload a photo you already have on your device.

23. Deficiency Photo(s) Details
Once you've captured the photos and details for this Deficiency you can select Close to move to forward.

24. Confirm Deficiencies
Repeat this process for all Deficiencies found. When you've added all the Deficiencies, select Confirm deficiencies to move forward.

25. Generate Inspection Report (Optional)
Depending on the size and resolution of your screen, you may need to scroll down to see the Add documents button.
26. Select Template
Select the Inspection Report template you would like to use then chose Select.
27. Save Inspection Report
Once you are satisfied with your Inspection Report select the Save button to save the report.
28. Send Inspection Report
Once your Inspection Report has been saved you have the option to send, edit, regenerate or return to the Dispatches page as seen below.
