Creating Jobba Service Request Ticket via Zendesk

This article is for Creating a Service Request Ticket in Zendesk

Step 1:

  • Click on the “JOBBA SUPPORT CENTER” button

Step 3:

  • This will take you to the Jobba Support Center.

Step 4:

  • From the Jobba Support Center, you have three options:
    • Submit a Ticket
    • Access the Jobba Knowledgebase
    • View Community Ideas and conversations

Step 5:

  • Select Submit a ticket, you will see the below.

Step 6:

  • You will need to fill out the following values -
    • "Your email address"
    • "Request Type"
      • Provide a high-level overview of the Question/Issue/Feature you are reaching out about.
    • "Subject"
      • Provide a general description of the issue or change you want made. 
    • "Description" 
      • Articulate as best you can what you are reaching out about and don't be afraid to add lots of detail as there's no such thing as too much information here.
      • This field is optional, but if you have an image/screenshot or any other file that will help our Support Team better understand your issue, you can attach it to the ticket here.
      • "Severity" 
        • How severe/urgent is this request?
      • "Impact" 
        • How widespread is this request in your organization?
      •  "Attachment" (optional)
        • This field is optional, but if you have an image/screenshot or any other file that will help our Support Team better understand your issue, you can attach it to the ticket here.

Step 8:

  • After the ticket has been created you will receive an email confirming that the Support Team has received the ticket you just created.
