Creating your support portal user for Jobba

To setup your Jobba Support Portal account, follow these steps:

  1. From the main page of the Jobba Support Center, select Sign Inmceclip0.png
  2. Under the Email and Password fields, on the line that asks "New to Jobba," select Sign upmceclip1.png
  3. Enter Your full name and Your email, then select Sign up mceclip2.png
  4. In the pop-up window, select Close

  5. Check the email account that you entered the address for. If you did not previously have a Support Portal user account, you will receive an email similar to the one shown here. Click the Create a password link (seen below underlined in blue)mceclip5.png
  6. If a Support Portal account previously existed using the email address that you entered, you will receive an email similar to the one shown here. You can either click sign in to go back to the login screen or click reset your passwordmceclip7.png
