Why am I not getting email or text (SMS) notifications about tickets?

Step 1:

  • Click on Setup (1), Company Contacts (2), click on the pencil icon (3) of the user you want to receive notifications

Step 2:

  • From the Profile tab, Click the toggle for Email (1) and/or SMS (text) (2) Notifications to turn it on, click Update
